TA-Matching: FACUL_PREF Application Run-through

Here are the steps of the "Submit My TA Preferences" app, that instructors get walked through:

Myapps main menu: screenshot as instructors see it, with the link to the Faculty TA-preferences application
Step 0: Agreeing to the Instructor Conditions of Appointment
Step 1: Personal Info and Department
Step 2: Which course?
Step 3: Enrollment and Discussion Sections info
Step 4: Request 1 or more TAs by name
Step 5: Ranking their choices of students for TAs
Step 6: Selecting alternative Subject-areas (if they don't get in their top 10)
Step 7: Confirmation
Step 8: Finished!
Returning: Returning (if filled out before)
